UNH Summer - Student Tech Camp and Teacher Institute

UNH Summer Opportunities. Dates vary so please click links to see specific dates. July date represented above is a general overall timeframe and not specific.

For students in grades 5-12, we offer a wide range of programs through UNH Tech Camp. Several programs on offer this summer are FREE of cost (including housing) and limited scholarships are available for other programs. Applications are coming in fast, so we recommend students interested apply ASAP! Students can earn credit for their participation through VLACS and we can also work with ELO coordinators to help students earn credit through their school if that is preferred.

For teachers, The NH CREATES Teacher Institute is a paid PD program for middle and high school teachers. Participants explore cutting-edge biomedical topics and learn how to integrate them into their classrooms through project-based learning. At the institute, participants will work in collaboration with fellow teachers, UNH faculty and graduate student mentors, industry professionals and educational experts, to design a regenerative medicine focused classroom project to implement during the 2025-26 school year. Participants receive a $1,500 award, 80 hours of PD towards recertification, classroom supplies and ongoing support from UNH faculty and graduate students. On-campus housing is available for those coming from further away.
