For parking, we will keep an area reserved for them in the parking lot right in front of the main entrance, which is clearly marked. They can come in the Main Entrance, where I will have a couple of students waiting to escort them to the library. As far as promoting the food, please let them know that "Gilford School District is happy to provide a catered lunch to all who RSVP by 4/2/25."
